We’re so confident in your savings that if you don’t see reductions in your electricity costs, we’ll make up the difference or upgrade your solar system.

Fine Print:

1. Usage Consistency
   This guarantee is based on consistent energy usage. If the customer’s energy consumption has increased significantly since the solar installation, this guarantee may not apply.

2. Electricity Bill Requirement
   To establish a baseline for savings, the customer must provide two previous electricity bills, one from summer and one from winter, before installation.

3. Consumption Monitoring
   This guarantee applies only if the solar system includes a consumption monitor installed by our team, allowing accurate tracking of energy production and usage.

4. Weather Variability and Utility Rate Changes
   Savings may vary with changes in weather patterns and utility rates, which are beyond our control. This guarantee covers only the expected savings under typical seasonal and rate conditions based on the initial assessment.

5. System Maintenance
   This guarantee applies only if the system has been maintained per the recommended guidelines. Neglecting system maintenance or unauthorised modifications may void the guarantee.

6. Shading and Site Conditions
   The guarantee is based on initial site conditions as assessed during installation. Any new shading, structural changes, or additional equipment affecting the system's performance may impact savings and void the guarantee.

7. Utility Interference
   If grid-related interruptions or utility restrictions impact the system's production, this may affect energy savings and fall outside the scope of this guarantee.

8. Billing Cycle Variances
   This guarantee applies to the reduction of energy costs over comparable billing cycles. Variations in billing periods, such as shorter or extended cycles, may affect perceived savings temporarily.

9. Choice of Remedy
   Under this guarantee, customers are eligible for either financial compensation to cover the difference in savings or a system upgrade—not both. The choice of remedy will be determined at the discretion of Solar Saving based on the most effective solution for meeting the expected energy savings.

10. Duration and Method of Savings Guarantee
    If we choose to cover the difference in your energy savings, this coverage will apply only for the first 24 months following installation.

11. Upgrade Discretion
    Any upgrades provided under this guarantee, including the size, type, and configuration, are at the discretion of Solar Saving. The upgrade may consist of a new system, additional solar modules, or other equipment as deemed appropriate by our team.

12. Upgrade Scope and Compatibility
    System upgrades will be designed to enhance performance based on the original installation and site conditions. However, compatibility with the existing system and site limitations may affect the type and scale of upgrades offered.

13. Warranty and Maintenance for Upgrades
    All upgrades will be covered under the standard installation warranty and maintenance guidelines. Maintenance, repairs, or modifications conducted by third parties on upgraded components may void the savings guarantee.​
